Pricing strategy is important, and I always take the due diligence to comb through all market data thoroughly to ensure we are pricing to maximize results. Pricing too high or too low is less than optimal. Finding the “sweet spot” is always worth the extra research and effort to ensure success. Every home and situation is unique. In a transparent fashion, we will go through my findings and answer any and all questions or concerns that you may have. Ultimately, the goal is for you to be proceeding to market confidently!
